Garbage and Recycling pickup is provided for the residents of the Village of Forget only. One must be a tax-payer within the village to access these services.
Recycling Courtesies:
- Please flatten ALL cardboard boxes
- Wash glass containers and plastic
- Review the list on the recycling container to determine if an item is recyclable. All else should go in the garbage.
Garbage Courtesies:
- This bin is provided is for household trash only.
- Items such as furniture, large toys, construction waste, should go to the Stoughton DUMP instead of in the Village of Forget Garbage bin.
Day of pickup:
- Garbage pickup is usually Thursday around noon.
- Recycling pickup is usually Monday around noon.
- This sometimes varies if the company is experiencing a mechanical difficulty.
